I believe this is completely true because you can manipulate photographs but only to a certain point, you can manipulate color schemes, lights shadows in work. For example with painting a picture you can manipulate colors make, with the photographers you can’t manipulated colors and lights but you skew the view of the viewer, they might see something totally different from what you might see. So basically you have to see it to believe it.
Department of environmental conversation do this type of work, they show so you what we have done to the earth, to help our survival. This picture with the water running from the drain is an example of industrial waste being poured into the river. I think this attempt is successful because we can go to a place and actually see this happen. But on the other hand this next picture shows the environment pure like with no human interaction what so ever. Whether or not it is moral it depends on what view you have on the situation.
